  Condolence and symphaty to to the whole Kotoka team patrons, supporters and the bereaved family. The driver of the team's bus and that of the stationary truck must be charge murder for personal negligence . The team's driver was probably speeding too fast for conditions. The team's management needs to be sanctioned for the decision to travel in the night. We shouldn't say an accident bound to happen will happen . We should hold people personally responsible for their negligent behaviors.
