  Abissah Seidu and ing. Boamah and his wife Milly are the people who are frustrating the handing over of the PPRSD directorate from Aboagye to the newly appointed lady Director.
  Aboagye has not got there requisite technical expertise to run that Directorate. He should hand over now as directed and safe our agriculture from further/future pest outbreaks
