We do not need the White man to give us lessons in morals for, Africans and for that matter, Ghanaians are more moral than the Westerners. Let the Amnesty International abolish "Anal sex" which they are gleefully decriminalizing this day and age, before coming to preach to us. Let them finish abolishing the death penalty in all those Western and Eastern countries where death penalty is actually being carried out.
I urge our Parliament not to be hoodwinked by monetary or aid considerations to pander to those people as ,even with Death penalty still sitting in our statute books we are all witnesses to rising culture of armed robbery and senseless murders across the country; all because we do not actually carry out that penalty .
Let those Intellectuals on the pay-roll of Amnesty International get off our backs with their hollow arguments being put up by their paymasters.
Africans should rather be giving the west moral lectures, if not for poverty,and not the other way round.
Our Governments should rather engage their efforts in fighting poverty which has made us vulnerable for all manner of people coming to tell us what they feel is good for us.
