  JJ didn't leave a vault full of money for Kufour to spend,neither sid Kufour for Mills/Mahama.
  Each one left assets & liabilities.Npp & bawumya so eloquently diagnosed the problem & promised to fix it.
  We only have been hearing the whining of the 110 + npp ministers & attendant PA's & apparatchiks.
  FIX IT...
  Bawumya & Akufo Addo said the money is here, bawumya said he was deputy governor before & he knows so.
  They have collected our taxes for 6 months including the one based on the ndc/tepker budget.
  The npp should run an austerity government with fewer efficient people until things stabilise.But no they spend money on a useless @ 60 yrs anniversary when they had said 9 months previously that Ghana had nothing to celebrate @ 59 yrs.
  FIX IT FOLKS...
  No whining..We have enough assets to turn things round so solve the problems including the paying of debts left as liabilities & stop WHINING!!!
