Hmmmm!ghanaians only know how to corrupt themselves but when it comes to common sense zero°...

The duty of an interpreter is to translate the english language into chinese and the chinese language into english to both parties in the courtroom..as long as he/she speaks and understand both languages well no need to understand how our laws work..he is not the judge neither his presence there have anything to with ghana laws..just a common interpreter..
