That is why there's something called misappropriation and misapplication of funds. ..
Opuni was a COCOBOD boss and is not the one responsible for construction of roads unless that community is a cocoa growing area to facilitate the transport of cocoa from the plantations to the town and also out of the town. ....instead Opuni decided to construct roads in a place where cocoa is not grown and is the stronghold of the NDC......

Is it not the NPP that has set up special ministry for Zongos when, in fact, those Lazy arses contribute just a little to nothing to the National kitty.

Zongolese hate to go the hinterlands to work on farms. They always confine themselves in the cities and urban centers, with most of them aquatting around mosques, from dusk to down, virtually doing nothing; only players, hoping that Allah May drop manna from the heavens. "Asawka Lafia", the term for freebie in Hauza.

These people hate communal labor. Visit any public school or any Kumasi-Ventilated-Improved-Pit latrine, a.k.a KVIP or Bomber latrine in the Zongos and you will agree with me about my perception of the Zongos. The culture of maintainance has no place in the Zongos.

Tata buses that were imported by Limann to serve the needs of the people in the early 80s had to stop its operations to the Zongo communities. The Aboabo Station, in Kumasi, Trotro owners sponsored school kids to sabotage the operations of these buses by using sharp razor blades to tear up the leather seats, a stupid ploy that force the City-express buses Operators to stop plying the Zongos.

And these are the people that huge sums of monies are going to spend huge sums of monies as against the dwellers of the poor Kookoo farming communities on whose sweat Gjana is what it is today.

The question that Osei Kyei Mensah must answer is, why is his government trying to give Zongos the preference as against other hard working Ghanaians who deserve better. Why is he blaming Koo Puni for diverting Kookoo money to Asawasi when, in fact, his government is planning to do worse.
