  What is the purpose of the Maxwell Mahama Endowment Fund? Is it to educate the public of the horrors and injustice of LYNCHING? Or is it to raise money for the Major's widow and children? Will other victims of lynching have their own endowment funds set up for them? Should it take an Act of Parliament to set it up? Doesn't Parliament have more pressing things to tackle than pass a law for an endowment fund? Ghanaians, please wake up. ..... Please....
