  Most people are deported against their will,are therefore angry and become unruly. For the safety of the flight crew and others onboard the plane, the deportees are often restrained with chains as can be done as humanely as possible. Any investigation into the alleged maltreatment of Ghanaians by US immigration authority will not yield any results.
