  Why should the Ghanaian think a whole university can not be ruled against and also be ruled to be closed down.... ? How do people think ? If the judge and the judgement is wrong seek appeal .... So if people like lectures cannot see these channels, where them are we moving towards.... The VC can appeal and the lectures can also appeal to join the case... Lets not just show sympathy on every thing we come across the school will live forever but the right thing must be done.... Go back to teach and stop fooling

When your full prof application was failed, did you want for the six months required before reapplying? We would see when you enter that office... Idiot of an ambitious man... As for Alex, mark it that you would lose that seat come 2020...your occultism would never help you.

  The NDC had this nasty experience in the last election when Voltarians refused to vote for the NDC because it took away the teacher training and nurses allowances of their children.
  
  Afenyo-Markin would cause the downfall of the NPP if by his actions the communities where these Universities are get angry because their economy and childrens educationas a result of his actions are being affected.
  
  Afenyo-Markin should be called to Order before the Communities start tunring against NPP!!

  Our lecturers surely know that when you disagree with a court ruling you appeal the ruling. Striking may be interpreted as obstrcting the course of justicw delivery, and is punishable. Please take the politics out.

  The court erred in! It was misled by Markin. The judge should have studied the statutes of the university before coming out with his ruling!

The Pro VC cannot work too because the same council approved his appointment, the University Librarian cannot work cos he was also appointed in consultation with that same council. This is victimization and politically motivated. Get your facts right before you speak. I regret so much supporting the NPP. If this is the Ghana Nana promised us then I bet you Manana was 100 times better

When this case started, I wrote on this platform that Markin afenyo is doing all this because he objected to the fact that the V.C was giving the school contracts to the NDC chairman and that he wanted the V.C removed and replaced by the Pro. vice who is his friend whyvon earth can Afenyo be causing this harm to us, just to paint the v.c back. During the SRC elections last years, Afenyo gave 20000 CEDIS to Patrick Agyei, a candidate for him cause the manipulations of the results. And that was done. Not knowing his grand agenda is for him n his government to take over the university. Ooooooh my goodness!! Why are some politician so greedy n wicked!!! HE WILL SURELY LOOSE HIS SEAT ,COME 2020! Mark my words!!!

  I support your actions comrades. We need to continue to fight for the students we spent time and sweat teaching and supervising. It's a very confusing judgement. The Pro Vice chancellor was appointed by the vice chancellor in consultation with the same council that appointed the Vice chancellor. How can he act in his boss's place when he signed his appointment letter. This is victimization at the highest level. The Librarian and the Pro Vice should join them since they were also appointed by the same defunct council.
  God is judge. As for Markins, 2020 is not far (In John Manana's voice)

  The UEW lecturers are being silly. If you are not happy with the ruling you go and appeal. You don't go on strike. That is basic common sense.

We are one nation that is why it doesn't matter where you go to school. You people think you know and own the university because it's on your land. Don't forget that the university employs a lot of your semi educated people. If you want proof, go and stand at the university gate and count them as they come in to work. If not for the University, will you people be operating hostels on your balconies, living rooms and kitchens? Give us a break

He was never appointed! The University has badly been managed, unnecessary delay of exams results among other things. Students of UEW deserves better. They don't think about us, it's better they vacate their post.

  Prof, it's quite clear you are rather the misinformed one. most of you in the university system know nothing about how a university runs. let me educate you, the Vc nominates people for Pro Vc ship, and those people go ahead to campaign and be voted for by the lectures, the winner is then sworn in by the council, so Prof, like it or not the Vc has a hand in the Pro Vcs nomination. You can deny it all you want but for the sake of those who don't know how the university system works please dont mislead them and as for delays in exam results, that happens at the departmental and faculty levels not the Vcs office. why won't people just readon't before they talk? It's not everyone that is smart enough to understand university governance so I donthought blame you prof.
