Blame DVLA, Police and Ministry of Highways for these silly accidents. Many drivers buy their licenses and therefore don't know road regulations and truck driving; Police take bribes from drivers and allow them to flout road and transport rules; the Ministry of Highways neglect road maintenance and strick road and driver supervision allowing these avoidable accidents. It seems that nobody cares about anything!
