I appreciate the confession of the new CEO that the program under the previous administration was successful and pray that the new administration keeps track and expand access. My problem though is the name change. I believe former name "YES" was okay because the previous administration did a lot to publicize it. Changing the name will make it look like a whole new thing therefore a whole start over effort and cost to publicize it.
To some extent, it will make the program look political even when may be it is not. Having worked with the previous team and witnessing the transition, I trust that the program will continue to be great always as before.
