  Hmmmm all due to careless and unqualify drivers especial in the Southern part of Ghana where they just buy their licences through their so called connection men like ice water and compare to Upper West Region has less accidents because most of the drivers are qualified through driving test with pass before being issue a clean licence on merit.

  I don't know how drivers in ghana obtain their driving licenses,weather through bribery or by other means we don't know,if it is through bribery and corruption then society is paying back dearly because it produces incompeten ...

GHANAIANS SHOULD BE COURAGEOUS. STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS ! COMMERCIAL DRIVERS WHO CONVEY PASSENGERS ARE NOT DOING THE PASSENGERS A FAVOUR. THE DRIVERS ARE PAID BY THE PASSENGERS FOR THE SERVICE, HENCE, THE SERVICE SHOULD BE DILIGENTLY EXECUTED BY THE CONTRACTORS(DRIVERS). GHANAIANS, SPEAK UP !!!
