Our police must be well prepared at all times. But not only that also they must not on duty alone. At least two or three with good preparation to tackle any incident without loosing the battle. We don't need to hear what they must do to these guys if they are still wonted to take the country into their own business. Our police must be more than wild but friendly to the good citizens. And the little, little monies and bribes must be stopped immediately in order to gain their full respect from the country. Government also should look after them properly, their living condition, allowances, etc must be well satisfied. Then also we might need a secret patrol team to monitor them on the road and offices to make sure any officer collecting or accepting bribe is bringing to just with very severe punishment. If government can practice this method and dismiss all of them with no mather their levels. All their entitlement are withdrawn from them. Things will change within a year.

The police had been equipped since the days of Ignatius Kutu Acheampong, they lack the culture of maintenance
