  While the President has severally made his intentions stop galamsey, the NDC through their apparatchiks like Baba Jamal, Kwaku Boahen and Kwabena Akandoh are using shrewd means to distance themselves from the illegal mining, yet saying that it's impossible to stop it. It's should be known that galamsey became widespread and acceptable means of business to the extend that chiefs, politicians, parliamentarians--NDC, PNC, PPP, NPP and in many instances, the Police, Military and Pastors were directly or indirectly involved in this destructive business.
  
  Yet when these NDC apparatchiks appear on the TV or radio programs, the spring to defend the galamsey, saying it's been in existence since time immemorial! They simply don't want to accept the fact that it was their NDC party which brought about the whole thing. And when the name of anyone of them is mentioned or linked to having indulged in the galamsey, they'd threaten court suit. Mama Mia! They pretend to be innocent because as far as they're concerned, their names cannot be traced directly to the illegal business.
  
  Guess what; Nana Akufo-Addo says no more to galamsey Period! So suddenly most people, and everyone, including Chiefs, Pastors, Opinion Leaders, including some big shots who had previously been involved in it have willingly join the fight. Except a few dishonest ones and hypocrites.

This cannot continue and you should therefore use your leverage as the president of Ghana. Apply your PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDERS.
