I now believe in the dictum that politicians are the same and do not learn from history. The NDC used to play this style of game with Ghanaians promising them heaven on earth. They only managed to score by words of mouth .........ooh we shall soon do this, we shall provide this, and for their years in power, only provded mediocrity. Ghanaians removed them and brought the NPP hoping that this stylish game of talking before the achievement comes will cease. Ghanaians are looking for achievements and not touting what you can do soon. The NPP, I am sorry have not learnt a thing but also traversing on the same path that led to the humiliating defeat of the NDC. The time will tell if this NPP game will see them through. Time will tell. Instead of the president thinking and occupy himself with practical work on the job working with his 174 gargantuan number of ministers hands-on working on setting up the disintegrated structures he inherited from the NDC, he is practically on a talk shop still thinking that he is on the campaign mood. He has forgotten that about 8 months has already been wasted by talking and promising spree of what he will do soon. The time of promising 'soon jobs to come' is over. No matter how much Mr.President u talk about the wealth u intend to spread around, if u don't get rid of the cancer you've achieved nothing. Character, integrity, honesty these are the characteristics that makes a nation wealthy. So start from the very top!! And GOD help u and bless u Mr.President if u intend to do the right thing the right way by our nation Ghana.

It's baffling to note that the NDC would continue talk negatively about all the positive development programs laid out by H.E. Nana Akufo-Addo, for Ghana. Not very long ago, Alhaji Bature and Baba Jamal set on Adom-TV programs to denigrate the President saying he's a liar and couldn't fulfill his so-called campaign promises; they said his "One district, one Factory" program was 419 programs, calling him "Kwaku Borgar" and all sorts of names.

It's clear that the NDC don't have any good ideas to move Ghana forward. Strangely, they've been in gov't longer than any gov't in Ghana's political history. Yet, they don't have anything good to show for it.

Not long after, the Vice President, Dr. Bawumia returned from their 4-day visit to China with a mix of approx. $21 Billion worth of economic partnership agreements, grants and others to the astonishment of majority of Ghanaians.

And the NDC won't rest! They quickly found ways to cause another stir; they said the NPP gov't had gone to China to sign unnecessary economic agreements with China that would heighten Chinese galamsey presence and manipulation etc. Meanwhile, it's clear that it's the NDC which promoted galamsey in Ghana's political history. This illegal mining business gained prominence during the 30 years existence of NDC in Ghana's politics.

It's mainly because of lack accountability to the people of Ghana. They invited foreigners, notably Chinese, Indians, Ukrainians, Russians, Nigerians Togolese and other nationals and used them as conduit to transact their dirty business. The floodgates were opened to all in the galamsey mining to the detriment of our water bodies, forest and farm lands. They're saying armed robbery will be on the rise if Nana Akufo-Addo dares to stop illegal mining. They are bold to make such declaration on the airwaves.

Well, H.E. knows what's he's about; he's adamant and won't back off from his quest to make Ghana a great nation, sound economic policies and well-thought-of national industrial development policies.

Soon, Ghanaians will begin reaping the benefits of these noble development policies as the President has promised. May God bless our homeland Ghana, under the visionary and able leadership the President.
