  So, we have Dr. so and so at these meetings just shamefully admitting to missing articles of the contract. Wow! Did IMF out of the blue push this programme unto Ghana? How come these disciplines were omitted in the first place? It just shows you, our professionals are not intelligent enough to persuade and present our needs effectively. Worst of all, they don't comprehend and no coherency with why the need was there in the first place.
