  Ever wondered which constitutional assembly came up with such silly idea that 2/3 or every cabinet should come from Parliament? Casely Hayford's assessment of the uselessness of parliament was right. A country of less than 30 million have almost 300 MPs?? The USA have 475 for over 250 million. So what the heck is wrong with saddling Ghana with this bunch of morons just sitting in parliament not doing squat??? By the way, what are goons like Bagbin etc doing in parliament after 20 years or thereabout? Any new thinking??
