  In my opinion, a review in four years appears too long and has the tendency of creating a huge backlog for govt to pay. At least two years may be more convenient. Going forward, we may have to take a second look at such arrangements in order to forestall future strikes. When our justice system breaks down, the nation breaks down( Justice Sophia Akuffo, 2017)
