  If there are any arrears of allowances due the Judges, they should be paid promptly. But I do not think the Judges have any right to Salaries Review within every 4 years, unless their conditions of service stipulate that.

  Many workers go for decades without any review of their salaries. And companies and Institutions with high salaries and other working conditions do not necessarily have to review their workers salaries every 4 years, especially, when inflation is almost stagnant.
  
  So, the Judges must seek a better mode of seeking that their allowances are paid to them on time. Strike wouldn't be serving the general population any good example.
  
  Meanwhile, millions of youths remain unemployed, even after earning their degrees at the University. These vibrant potential employees cannot even claim to have jobs with basic remunerations let alone cry for extras like allowances.
  
  The Judges' request and threat may be legal, but not morally expedient.
  
  It seems the new Government promised the people too much for too soon, during the Electioneering Campaign, and, now, realities are checking it, and it finds itself constricted. What it needs to do is fess up to the people and humbly appeal to their patience to give it some more time to deliver. If it does not interact constantly with the People to reassure them, they would lose any hope in it and turn against it. 'Desperate souls know no rest", a sage once said. The desperation must be mitigated with more assurance.

  In the dispensation of Justice , in an economy such our these issues should be Parliament most top priorities .
