The accusation that the contracts are being given to the NDC contractors could be true because the NDC contractors deliver and complete the contracts as they did during Mahama's and the NDC government time by completing all the dusty roads, streets and fly-overs which were abandoned and uncompleted by Kufuor and NPP government during 2001 to 2008. History speaks for itself and lesson has been learned. In this respect, don't shout about free SHS just in case the free SHS ends up student having no books and chairs to sit in class except going to school with your own chair from home like what happened in Siereleone Forabey College. "A word to a wise is enough".
