  NB these health students failed their exams in 2015 and were able to pass just this year in June. Those who passed have all been taken. Idiots

  It does not make sense and you only encourage people to do courses for which you can provide jobs.
  You don't pay somebody to study a course and refuse to pay him after he has completed the course.
