  Without any basis the minister just announced that he needed GHC16m to combat the army worms!

  Being a psychophantic society we did not question the minister what sensitisation! To sensitise the farmers that the worms were destroying their maize? Is this not a bizarre excuse to loot?
  
  Then with the remaining GHC8M, the Looting Minister gave the contract to his associates (sole sourced) and they brought in fake drugs which can't even kill an ordinary worm.
  
  Where is Martin Amidu? Martin should know that he helped drive away pickpockets and replaced with vicious armed robbers!!!

  Even the farmers say Omo and powdered pepper mixture is effective than these chemicals and you're still supplying to them. Pls buy them more Pepper and Omo.
