  Is it my fault - I'm just as incompetent as my ugly dwarf boss and all my colleague ministers and the other past leaders and ministers. The truth is with the exception of the liberator of this great nation (our founding father), the rest of us are just a bunch of incompetent idiots - we've got absolutely no clue how run the affairs of a country. So stop picking on me. I may be incompetent but at least I'm not a junkie nor ugly

  IT IS INDEED PATHETIC FOR THE NOISY EDUCATED AT THE MINISTRY OF FOOD AND AGRICULURE, FOR THEM TO SIT AND WATCH HUNDREDS OF HECTARES OF MAIZE LANDS TO BE DESTROYED BY THESE WORMS.
  
  IT IS TIME, FOR THESE UNPRODUCTIVE OFFICERS TO HAVE THEIR CONTRACTS TERMINATED AND DISMISSED FROM THE PUBLIC SERVICE.
  
  IT WAS EVEN SAD FOR THE SPOKESMAN OF THE MINISTRY, TELLING THE PEOPLE OF GHANA, THEY WERE WAITING FOR ANSWERS IN THE ERADICATION OF THE WORMS FROM THE MINISTRY OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE IN BRAZIL.
