  Govt should keep its distribution network, open up the sector for other players to build their distribution system if they so desire to enter the market, to buy and sell energy in an energy market which is going to be increasingly very profitable with offgrid potential such as renewable energy generation eg solar becomes very, very affordable and the primary base load, and a huge cash cow for a distributor. It is a market ready to explode, as such sources create negative economies in the energy market, which provides a huge avenue for sub-regionally distribution based on excess capacity generated.

  Somebody has to prevent the existence of the mining sites even before the ECG arrives. Does the ECG inspect building permits before connecting individuals?
