There is no case in any court, so what is the court deciding?, presenting a petition to the president does not constitute a lawsuit, if the "faceless" staff that petitioned the president through their lawyer whose political stance is so obvious think there are issues of criminality and others that demand the removal of the EC chair, then they should go to court so the laws of the land can decide the outcome.

She wasn't neutral at all and always showed conspicuously that she belonged to NDC. She should see how EC Afari handled the job with neutrality. He belongs to either NDC or NPP but he never showed it.

The searchlight therefore was on you during the last elections. You put Ghanaians on tenterhooks as you were not sure what to do though it was clear what the results were.
I am not the one to tell you that you failed God. You were not independent minded as you could have allowed others to have a sway on you. You do not seem to have understanding of the big office God had placed you in and the responsibility placed on your shoulders.....for me you took this role not serious enough and because of your inaction or actions, Ghana could have been plunged into a period of darkness.
God did an override in order to sustain the nation of Ghana because again, many genuine Ghanaians were crying before Him.
Corruption is an attitude of the heart before the Lord and Jesus is the only one able and willing to expunge this canker from our hearts.

God may have finished with you if you really failed Him. Ghana needs a person who will not fall for the whims and caprices of politicians. You could have done it without drawing the Lord into the fray. After all many Ghanaians are so good in pretence. But the moment you make it public you must deliver because the stakes change and God will by His nature, not support anything done with false pretences. No man or woman has ever succeeded in fooling God. Note, God is no respecter of persons and your soul may be saved but you will miss out on the weightier matters of His Kingdom. If God has finished with you it will take a very insignificant thing and you are gone...you can even employ some of the top
among the renowned Queen''s Counsels ...it will remain irreversible. You could again call on all the 'men and women' of God and nothing still change.
Do not try to show off in pride and arrogance but be remorseful. Let those who think they know God who are around you help you to face up to the truth rather than to pray some form intercessory prayer's which will actually go nowhere. His TRUTH shall always endure. God is putting you back on His scales to measure you up......be careful where you stand..again know that God is no respecter of persons.

I have reservations about Charlotte osei's neutrality. Her conduct and reactions to the several petitions by the opposition parties showed clearly she was playing the tune of the piper's payer. Her singling out of Ayariga as one of the candidates to loose the 2016 general elections was unprofessional. Her disqualification of Paa Kwesi Ndoum and the rest showed she was being manipulated. I don't see her independent mindedness but rather see her recalcitrance and arrogance which makes her one of President Mahama's appointees with sharp teeth. The ndc's defence of Charlotte is a clear manifestation that she was available at their beck and call. Dr Botchway's committee of enquiry on the defeat of ndc disclosure that the ndc did not have an independent body to collate the results of the 2016 speaks volumes.
It clearly exposes the ndc to have relied heavily on Charlotte Osei to do their bidding. The ndc had in all previous elections monitored and collated their results so why neglect this critical tool of ensuring victory in an election that was critical to for survival and concealment of the dirty deals of jm and his boys.?
