  It is unthinkable to hear that the ARCC is broke and cannot meet its financial obligations to such an extend that they find it difficult to get money to print their papers which has been taken over with the help of benivolent staff menbers who contribute from their meager wages to meet these exigencies.How did NDC manage the finances of this country during their stay in power for the last eight years. It has been reported that even the seat of Government,the Jubilee house has also run out of finances to manage the affairs of this country which sounds very incredible for a country with many resources to be managed by NDC whose evil objective was to plunder the country,s financial stability to the lowest erb.NPP should not compromise with these miscreants as a justure of frienship to pay for it in a short period of time.

  The best way to go is for the government to abolish the RCCs, terminate the appointments of the Regional Ministers and their deputies and deal directly with the MMDCEs. Significant savings will be made, trust me.
