The presidency has neither examined the petition as to the veracity or otherwise of the purported allegations, nor has the presidency made any decisions whether or not to proceed to initiate impeachment proceedings - which BTW will require formal investigation and determination by the office of the chief justice.

  if we really want to develop a prosperous country that all people Will see and respect us as standard human beings then we must begin to be honest and truthful about evil deeds and corruption. why will your deputy go on leave without your approval ? why will your deputy sign a 40m contact without your knowledge ? why will they deduct worker's contribution without knowing where the money went ? why will ghost names be created as ec elections officials to dupe the state ? why aren't Ghanaians challenging the deputy chairs to respond to Mrs Charlotte Osei's response to the petition ? no country ever advanced on the principle of dishonesty, aiding and abetting evil, insubordination and week financial and economic regulators. is there any wonder we're all Christians and Muslims yet atheist Chinese, Japanese, koreans etc have all advanced whilst we're stuck in a hell hole call Africa?

  The statement by the NPP MP Hon. OB Amoah on News File seen around the world saying that the impeachment of Charlotte Osei is a proof that the NPP is responsible for all of that.
  They planned to turn Ghana upside down through the "All die be die mantra" if they did not win.
  Someone asked for plan B how about if we win. Yes the NPP in the meeting decided that since she came to office under President Mahama she will still go.
  So in the process NPP lawyers gathered various allegations to support the impeachment which is actually wrongly called impeachment it was an exercise to fire the EC boss.
  This is akin to what the NPP has done all over the years to destroy their perceived oponents especially in the 4th Republic.
  You remember when Akuffo Add lost his first election to President Mills. Attached Akyea rushed and filled a petition in court the writ was so hurriedly prepared that it was fraught with infantile and illiterate errors and was thrown away in court.
  The above is important because at Peduas Lodge and later the press meeting of 6 months in government President Akuffo Addo said and the CJ Georgina Wood for making him win the elections because she allowed the NPP's election petition to be aired.
  Watch this he is indirectly telling the new CJ G. Akuffo to keep him in government at all cost.
  This is a difficult task to ask for so therefore the most powerful person to keep the Akufo Addo in power for two terms can only be the Electoral Commissioner Charlotte Osei.
  The NPP knows that during the elections the EC head had announced that the Electoral Commission data was compromised. She categorically said the EC data was hacked.
  Sammy Awuku goes along and announces that the NDC is incompetent even in opposition.
  YES, he is very right. During the Dr Kwesi Notch we fact finding into why NDC lost elections he gave 15 recommendations all focusing inward to just the party.
  But essentially there are two or three major EXTERNAL factors that caused the lose too.
  1. the diaspora, especially the refusal or delay of passports to Ghanaian wishing to return home for various reasons since 2014/15 which solidified the NDC incompetence tag by the NDC and this is why the foreign Minister Hannah Tetteh also lost her seat in parliament. Remittances for various reasons; projects, health, school fees and funerals by Ghanaians were made to families grudgingly and effect dwindled or not made timely to relatives in Ghana.
  2. The second most important reason was the hacking of the EC which the NDC does not care to look into.
  This point is something the current EC Chairperson Charlotte Osei who announced the compromised data saga or the hacking will have to tackle in the next 3.5 years even as the NDC has not been smart enough to talk about.
  At the point when the EC chairperson announced PUBLICLY that the data was compromised.
  The NDC at that juncture could have made a valid PETITION for not accepting the results of the election at all cost. But for peace President Mahama allowed it.
  The NPP later told the whole world that they brought in a computer specialist based in Maryland USA who was a contractor to NASA Mr Joe Anokye (witness). Which clearly showed the root of the hacking at the EC if proven or not but was announced by no other person than the EC Charlotte Osei.
  So to fast forward into 2020 at IPAC meetings before the next presidential elections the NDC will have to call for investigation and comprehensive report into the EC hacking. The EC chairperson is also going to be a witness in such a Supreme court case.
  Now since the NPP is covered at the supreme court now by the newly appointed CJ Akuffo the only person who is not going to cover for the NPP is Charlotte Osei so the logical thing to do is to remove he from office.
  Hence the diabolical 28 points raised by NPP lawyers to remove Madam Osei.
  Now the EC Boss just noticed that in making the case against her firstly by faceless people and seemingly suspicious moles in the organisation providing internal trade secrets of the EC to the NPP. The NPP lawyer at one breadth pretended it was a "whistleblower" case against the EC so they took the case or sme letter to EOCO and the president referring to point 5@Sory issue.
  This point has made the EC chairperson not sure about who she is dealing with and has made the case exceedingly FACELESS individuals. But the truth of the matter is these are persons with face irrespective of the contradictions and all ten fingers points to NPP operatives and the Party itself. They believe and are convicted that they will lose the 2020 elections especially if the same EC chairperson Madam Osei is at post.
  She is currently the smartest lady in Ghana by my estimation, a lawyer herself and would do everything to deliver the fairest and freest election in 2020 that is blocking Joe Anokye's and the likes return to Ghana and plucking the loophole on how the NPP hacked the electoral commission computers.
  This is again why OB AMOAH believes and said the firing of the EC Chair was eminent.
  The fault of the NDC therefore was that the party went to sleep during election day, did not pay their foot soldiers to monitor the election and relied solely on the EC to do the right thing which was the job for them.
  So when the EC was hacked they had not other backups, anti-virus to supplant the hacking and we're found wanting.
  If the NDC is smart they would have to do two things 1. recruit or crowd source a cybersecurity expect, 2. demand the investigation into the hacking of the EC in 2016 elections and put in all measures to prevent the removal, firing or even voluntary resigning of the current EC boss Madam Charlotte Osei.
  Because Madam Osei know what happened in the hacking saga and once she is removed all evidence and pathways will be cleaned up by the current government and there wI'll be no evidence and proof even if Madam Osei decides to testify the evidence will not be there and she will only be ridiculed as a liar forever especially as she is a woman they will chase her to exile.
  Such a fine lady.
  Therefore it should be the duty of and in the interest of the NDC to protect the Madam Osei at all cost to be in he position as long as she should.
  Warning, just giving speeches like what Hon. Haruna Iddrisu gave or is giving is not going to work for the NDC.
  To say that the impeachment letter sent to president Akufo Addo should be thrown away is something Akufo Addo will only do the opposite.
  Because if he did what Haruna Idris is requesting it will amount to "shooting himself in the foot" before even the 2020 elections meaning he would have lost the elections three and a half years before the elections, makING him a lane duck president for the most part of his presidency.
  The NDC should not be offering just statements they should be more demanding and agreesive in posture.

  Because it is only the smartest woman in Ghana Madam Osei who said, will be witness and prove the hacking into the EC during 2020 elections.
  The NDC should aggressively demand the investigation into the hacking by which the NPP said they hired a NASA contractor Joe Anokye.
  It is as simple as that. This is the reason the NPP will get rid of Madam Osei at all cost either by faceless or face full individuals
