Vulnerbale children are forced to use the bare floor as tables and chairs in schools whilst Govt Officials are curising in V8 all over that same country. There is no inventory in Ghanaian schools as to the tables and chairs and maintenance clauses for education to ensure that before each academic years schools are supplied with tables and chairs for children to return to a more welcoming environment for learning. There is non of these thoughts currently. Hope this current Minister of Education takes this area very serious and implement the annual maintenance for all school and institutions in the country.

The problem with this flawed petition is the result of a larger problem wit h the public service system in Ghana, namely the consideration of age over anything else. Most of the deputies cannot understand why Mrs Osei who is younger should be chairperson over them. This is the bane of the EC current problem. The lady is firm and fair but the old guards cannot bring themselves to the fact that she s the boss. The presidency cannot act on a petition that has been submitted by nameless individual staff; if they have an issue, why don't they be bold and come out as the aggrieved parties?

1. Why did she accept the V8 car? Does it mean at her appointment the EC did not have its own cars? Why did she not use any of those cars but opted for the V8 car? She is childishly trying to defend that there is no influence and conflict of interest issues involved in this issue? Charlotte tell this to your children.
2. Accepting the V8 car is a usual practice so it is a normal thing. Ghanaians after the Afari-Gyan debacle which nearly dumbed Ghana into anarchy wanted a change and someone who can mive away from the status quo. Surely this childis and arrogant woman wasn't the one. She just came to occupy the post to just continue with the status quo and to even do worse. The only change she thought necessary was the financial aspect involved in changing the logo of the EC so she can benefit directly.

For me, the issue of the president, hand-picking who becomes EC chairperson till retirement is wrong! The position of the EC should be terminal and chosen by public conscientious; not the hand-picked method as was written in the '92 constitution by Rawlings and his AFRC/P-NDC. That was to pave the way for him to become a perpetual president; he even employed Prof. Awonoor to write his memoires, to expunge from the minds of Ghanaians the reason why multi-party democracy is wrong for our nation. These are the reasons why we find ourselves where we are today; President receiving Ford Explorers and finding nothing wrong with that: Alhaji Bature, Akua Donkor and John Dumelo & Co., taking V8 SUVs from NDC gov't, yet find nothing wrong with that practise. Charlotte Osei had made it plain: "I didn't ask for V8" so you can go to hell! Let's look into the constitution and make the necessary amendment before it's too late!

It is more than adequate and wonders as a mother and all the responsibilities of family you are so dedicated to service to the nation and evidently take your work seriously. If every man an woman in leadership in Ghana can work like Madam Osei Ghana can became a first nation or advanced country.
Ghana is such a country that it is clear that they never want the best in the country.

The commission in its entirety has failed the integrity test by this disturbing revelations and the need for an indept investigation. Their conduct is simply criminal and they must be treated as such. The commission needs an overhaul to regain its lost credibility. Prior to the 2016 election the chairwoman and her pro were openly biased and took steps to help the corrupt NDC retain power. I doubt if Mahama scored 24%
