Bawumia thinks he can fool everybody all the time.When you borrow MONEY, naturally you pay back with cash or some goods but not with the ratio of GDP as Bawumia wanted us believe.Even if the ration of Debt to debt stock declines,it doesn't mean your debt has reduced so you are going to pay less.Not at all,you will always have to repay the money you have borrowed with interest so naturally the debt goes up.We are yet to add the Chinese $19 billion.I think we have a rough road ahead and so many rivers to cross in the hard way.Thank you.
