We the NPP sympathizers should note that we promised Ghanaians a better GHANA, and as such should not play bias or play hypocrisy when it comes to governance. I do not agree with government officials taking sides. let us all take caution not to meddle into the affairs of the Electoral Commission. After all it is an independent institution serving for the purpose of democratic elections in the country. IT IS now confirmed that it is the NPP, SPECIFICALLY the PRESIDENCY that want the EC Boss out. The Staffer has made it clear to all now. They want her out in order to blackmail the deputies; an opportunity the feel is ripe to grab! Call the elections in our favor else we JAIL you for Charllotes' evidence of your criminality.
It is clear also that the NPP through Let my vote count, wanted Charllotte out because she was the only one standing against the NPP rigging machnnery. Unfortunately, all the deputies worked against her by listening to NPP and helping them tamper with EC data, materials, templates of pink sheets and website hacking.
Mahama was too quick to conceid, else the truth would have come out. Charllotes had no choice after Mahama accepting defeat painfully to declare Nana winner with figures hacked on their website. An electoral petition would have unearthed the truth but for Mahama's love for peace, nothing like that happened.

Charlotte could not carry the assignment through. When Mahama even said it will be difficult for her to accomplish the task, she obstinately ploughed on with her assignment, and left a very long trail of cotton balls leading menacingly to her behind.
It has now been lit, on fire and burning ferociously, and has to drink her volume of the poison she brought to the EC, and fall on her own dagger. The brow beating, dubious procurement practices and acts, etc which arose, following her inability to elicit the kind of cooperation she needed to carry through the assignment, forcing her to go alone, has proven to be her chalice, poison and dagger, all in one.
The lesson is clear. In a democracy, the people vote, and no amount of machinations can save you, when they decide, you will GO. The EC Chair cannot hand you the Seat. It's the people who make that determination.

I can see her going down because she failed to settle the matter internally.

The country needs strict laws that will allow any member of the public to examine documents and of any government agency. Parliament needs to have a strong open government law that will remove the people's business always done in secrecy to the detriment of the people. Wrong doers should be prosecuted, but not in the same fashion as the case of Woyome where the crook has wasted government's time instead of being made to pay for his crooked deals. All government contracts over a certain amount should be subject to advertised public bidding, with proper records maintained. The President should not be allowed to dole out vehicles to government agencies. These vehicles should come from a designated agency responsible for supplying all government agencies with vehicles, or funding the purchase of vehicles. Mahama was wrong in giving a vehicle to to the EC for use by its Chairperson. That's a conflict of interest.
