  I sincerely think the EC chair and all her deputies should be ask to proceed on leave . this is will enable proper investigation to be conducted.

  It is getting abundantly clearer that the EC has not been funtioning well since June 2015. Former President Mahama erred greatly in his attempts to rig the 2016 elections: he brought in Charlotte, against all sane advice, pressumably, with the sole intention of winning the elections but nothing else. Any sensible president would have moved Sulley and Georgina from the commission when it became evident that neither of them was good enough to head the commission. Failing that, a more senior person, such as a retired or retiring Justice of the Supreme or High Court, should have been appointed to work with the more experienced two Deputies.
  From the very day this Charlotte set foot at the commission, her behaviour has shown her as somebody who has been assured of her place for life, and for that matter she has never shown any respect towards anybody. Her recent claim to respect the president was itself a camouflage. Even if she had stated that she respects the constitution of the country, she could have redeemed a little respect lost!
