  Oh, you call this interference? The EC boss herself has confirmed the rot at the commission. She rather foolished tried to avert the attck by blaming her deputies. But one would ask: "If she was heading such rot at the commission, why did she wait for others to start talking before coming out firing on all fours? Is she telling us now that her deputies have ganged against her all these 24 months, but she has managed to run the entire show all by herself? And was that why she took the adulations for the success of the 2016 poll all for herself?
  There is no way we should allow these same people to occupy that commission and expect that all will be well come 2020! They must all be shown the door, starting with Charlotte.
  If you may be truthful for once, have you not yet realised how foolish it was that former president Mahama unplugged Charlotte from nowhere to lord herself over the hard working deputies who had been with Afari Gyan through thick and thin? If Charlotte starts calling the same deputies as incompetent and rude, does it not suggest the accuser must be the problem, since Afari Gyan worked with the same deputies longer than Charlotte's 24 months but never came out once with any such negative appraisal of their performance at the commission?
  Think, think for once, Boateng Gyan. You were once touted as an experienced politician, and more is expected of you than your juvenile judgements you seem to project from time to time.
  For the sake of our fledgling democracy, let us come together and save the work of the commission rather than hide behind politics and spit gabbage.

  This is what happens sometimes when you appoint elitist women to positions of authority. That's why I admire the Gender minister in some ways. She is very down to earth.

  The point is that Charlotte is pompous and bossy and disrespects her deputies.As a young woman appointed to such a high position,she should have learnt a lot from her senior colleagues at the commission to propel her to greater heights,but she chose to be childish and got swollen headed and became untouchable and ignored good counselling from her colleagues.Even her responses to the allegations show that, she is immature for that position. Now look at where her foolishness has landed her.Total disgrace.
