It not in our constitution, neither is it in our traditions or conventional wisdom, to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the death of somebody.

You sound like some stinky necrophilia out to exploit the death of Atta Mess to curry favour and sympathy for your abysmal NDC party. Put a suck into it, we don't give a fuck. Miserable lot. We cannot only celebrate only the anniversary of Mills and leave the rest. Other than that, let each family celebrate the anniversary of a former president or Head of state. That will even save the state some money. Were Busia and Limann's children even treated fairly?

My investigation reveals that Mills' family did not officially attend because as his family, they were sidelined in the organization.. However, they should all have attended and protested later. Anyway, this is a lesson to all of us. We should be less partisan.

This the event should have been organised by the State Protocol Department. But typical of them, NDC went ahead of the state, hijacked it and organised a ceremony in their name and expect the rest of Ghanaians to participate in it. And here we are a person who claims he desires to be President of Ghana doesn't seem to see anything wrong with what NDC had done but rather blaming NPP for 'boycotting' the event.
