  Corruption? Ghana is corrupt, which institutions are not corrupt in Ghana ? Folks tell me . Flag staff ? Parliament? The. Ours courts ? The media? Universities? GES ? Headmasters/ mistresses? National service, passport office or DVLA? Police ? Or when you remit money to friends & families? Small or big ; there is corruption. Now BOST & TOR/NPA can relax . But Ghana is a good country better than most countries, though. Hmm

How on earth can an unnamed workers file a petition to investigate the EC boss, then all of a sudden, the petition has legs?
