  This useless minister in charge of monitoring n evaluation make his assertions without any tangible evidence to buttress it .
  The minister should questioned his conscience that since wen did system started functioning properly in ghana . Our ministers talk too much ( reactive ) and does not act swiftly n assertively to arrest issues at hand (proactive ) . The economy is not in stable conditions n instead of tacking security n other major micro and macro economic instability, the minister is sitting there ( after enjoying salary since voted into power ) n talking nonsense about systems .
  Ghanaians re crying for jobs n better living conditions . Do we eat systems ? Will system feed a family which cannot even afford one meal daily .
  Akuuffo Addo should sit up since the rate of anarchy n instability will no longer be tolerated anymore . Better .
