  The old woman in the village is looking for a hospital just like the ones you visit in the UK, US etc, etc to seek medical care, on the State's dime, of which she has contributed through farming, for donkey years but has never had the luxury of visiting a major hospital because of equally bad roads and lack of ambulances.
  Stealing occurred and there is no misinformation. Return the stolen money.
