  Honorable AKOTO OSEI, please, DO NOT SIT in the comfort of your office, waiting for submissions that would ONLY contain what you want to hear.
  
  The JOB of Monitoring and Evaluation requires SITE VISITS, some Announced and some unannounced. You will also have to go to the ground and talk to FRONT LEVEL personnel who meet with the public and development a sense of their Job Knowledge, Competence and Responsiveness, and, of course, any Challenges and suggestions that can improve outcomes.
  
  This is a good introduction to Govt.

  Politicians never answer questions precisely and I am not surprised the Minister of Monitoring and Evaluation is dribbling us. When a student is being evaluated or assessed it is based on the exercises the teachers/lecturer had given them so why it becomes difficult in the case of a Minister in government is worrying.
  They (ministers) are given resources to apply to projects planned by the government so to evaluate or assess them is simple.
  1. What have they done with the resources allocated?
  2. How much of the resources had been applied?
  3. What is the impact on the electorate? Has there been any change in their standard of living or not?
  4. The veracity of the minister's proposed attainment as compared to satisfied electorate.
  Mr Minister, how is this any difficult?
