In a civilized country, a ‘corrupt thief’ like you would be a prisoner – APlus to Muntaka

Member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and a self-styled anti-corruption activist Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as A Plus has said Member of Parliament (MP) for Asawase, Muntaka Mubarak deserves to be in Nsawam, not Parliament house, MyNewsGh.com has filed.

Kwame Asare Obeng or A Plus expressed shock that someone in the character in the mold of Muntaka is in Parliament making laws for the republic of Ghana, expressing anger that Muntaka attacked his boss Kennedy Agyapong.

The two honourable Members of Parliament (MPs traded insults on the floor of the house over Mr Muntaka’s decision to refer Mr Agyapong to the Privileges Committee of Parliament over the latter’s comment on late Anas protegé Ahmed Suale— the second time Muntaka would’ve done that against the Assin MP.

“Ghana’s problem is not people insulting others. It is people stealing or chopping our money nyafunyafu. You Muntaka must rather be sanctioned from politics entirely.” APlus wrote.

“You(Muntaka) koraa you are still in parliament making laws for Ghana. In any civilized country you would have been jailed by now. What are you still doing in our parliament?” He quizzed.

Quoting what Muntaka said against Kennedy Agyapong, Aplus wrote and added his own reply, susgesting Muntaka should not comment on such issues:

“Kennedy Agyapong is accused of inciting violence against Ahmed (May his soul rest in peace.) so he should be sacked from parliament? And what are you, a corrupt public official who caused so much financial loss to the state and people of Ghana doing in parliament? And you won’t keep quiet too “
