Confederations of African Football (CAF) nominated Felix Annan’s point blank save against Nkana FC in Kitwe among their best five saves in the Confederations Cup match-day 3.
With the scores at 2-1 for Nkana in the 46th minute, Bwalya delivered a pinpoint cross from the right of which Ronald Kampamba connected with a swerving header. The ball was heading towards the far left corner of the net before the Kotoko keeper dived full length to make a stupendous save.
Despite Kotoko being porous in defence, Annan has been in fantastic form saving the Porcupines Warriors on several occasions including a penalty against Zesco.
In all, Annan has made over 15 extraordinary saves in the CAF Confederations Cup and he is arguably the best keeper in the competition so far.
