Nordsjaelland coach Mas-Ud Dramani and ex-Middlesbrough captain George Boateng will scout for Ghana at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
GHANASoccernet.com understands, Dramani- affectionately called Didi- will not replace relieved Maxwell Konadu in the Black Stars technical team as an assistant coach.
Dramani has a running contract with the Danish SuperLiga side and he is not ready to terminate it for the national team coaching job.
He is a two-time Ghana Premier League winner and also won the MTN FA Cup with Asante Kotoko.
The former Ebusua Dwarfs player led Black Maidens to win bronze at the 2012 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup finals in Azerbaijan.
Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has also recommended Boateng to also assist the technical team by scouting on opponents during the tournament.
Last October, he was appointed U13 coach for English side Blackburn Rovers.
Ghana will know opponents for the tournament on 12 April when the draw is held in Cairo but they will face Kenya in Accra on 23 March to decide who top the Group.
