  Good day, I'm writing a report to you regarding one Jefferson Odiase who has been staying in Ghana.
  He is a fraudster a toxic person.
  Who deals on drugs and also a violent person.
  Currently due to his numerous crimes in Ghana, he ran to Nigeria and right now he is doing the same .
  Please i want you all to look into this issue
  This boy has been arrested several by the Ghana police and always released.
  Due to his involvement in cultism
  People are not safe and this is a matter of urgency
