A press conference to address issues regarding the 'manipulation' of Ghana's electoral process by the EC Boss, Jean Mensa, is currently underway at the Headquarters of the National Democratic Congress.
National Chair of the party, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo is highlighting what they say are inconsistencies in the process.
The party has sued the Electoral Commission for failure to inform them about the exercise before it began.
The nationwide exhibition of the voters register began on September 10.
The eight-day exercise, which meant to clean the register ahead of the upcoming referendum on the participation of political parties in district level elections, was an opportunity for the about 17 million registered voters to authenticate their details in the register.
