  J Mahama appointed Haruna Iddrisu to shame Johnson Asiedu Nketia, but he could've been given a portfolio different from Education. The October 2006 withdrawal of his MPhil degree due to plagiarism in his thesis for the award still hangs on his head. He's filled with arrogance because he continues to bribe Tamale South voters to maintain the seat.
