AZ Alkmaar's attacking prodigy Myron Boadu has admitted qualifying for the Champions League would be a dream come true.

After an excellent start to the campaign, the Dutch international of Ghanaian roots has his side currently sitting second in the Eredivisie and five points ahead of PSV in third.

Speaking to De Telegraaf, Boadu admitted the club aren’t giving up on the title just yet with Ajax six points ahead.

“We can gradually think of second place. In fact, we go for that place", the Youngster stated.

"We want to win many more matches. Whether a title is realistic?

"We can only say that after the match against Ajax in mid-December. Then we know how we stand, the gap is three or nine points", he added.

Finishing the league in Second place means a Champions League qualifying spot, which would be a dream for Boadu.

“That would be great for the club. We want to do everything we can to achieve that. It is still far away, but a little dream is allowed. More dreams have come true lately", The attacker said.

Boadu, 18 has been in great goal scoring form for AZ this season.

The Youngster has so far played 23 matches for the Dutch side in all competitions scorING 15 goals in the process.
