  He (the President) would have done a ringaround to other countries with cap in hand begging for the Military Hardwhere to appease the Army.

  What is this? The president at a ceremony to present vehicles to the army? I think Akuffo-Addo hasn't got anything better to do for Ghana. APUU!!
