Mr. President, Dr Ali Gabass deserves inclusion in your goodbye pardons so he can join the already short supply of doctors. Any human intelligent enough to become a medical doctor is capable of character reformation in 9 years of incarceration. I hope other Ghanaians will join me to make a convincing case to Mr President.
