Fiorentina coach Beppe Iachini has ruled out Alfred Duncan for Saturday’s Italian Serie A game against Atalanta, saying he is ready yet.
Duncan joined the Viola for €15 million from Sassuolo during the January transfer window.
The 26-year-old arrived at the Artemio Franchi Stadium injured, and Iachini says he still isn’t ready to play.
“Yesterday he started working separately with the medical staff, today there is another training session, we will check with him next week.”
Duncan scored one goal and provided 5 assists in 13 league games for Sassuolo in the first half of the season.
