Afful marries partner Roberta

Ghana defender Harrison Afful got married to his long-time partner Roberta Harmah over the weekend.

The couple confirmed their marital status on Friday after holding an ordinance marriage ceremony at the Registrar General’s office on Friday attended by a few family members.

They followed it up with a public event in a traditional ceremony on Saturday. Afful, 27, is the second member of the Black Stars team to get hitched within weeks after goalkeeper Daniel Agyei also got married to his partner.

The natural right-back plays his club football in Tunisia with Esperance. His new wife, Roberta is said to be a fashion designer student.
