Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has named his squad for Ghana's upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola and Niger.
Majeed Ashimeru, Inaki Williams, and Joseph Paintsil who missed previous call-ups are set for return after being named on the list.
Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Frederick Asare is the only local player who made the cut, making the team for a third consecutive time.
The big misses in the list include skipper Andre Ayew, Daniel Amartey, Salis Abdul Samed, Denis Odoi and Gideon Mensah.
The 23-man squad comprises 3 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 5 midfielders, 7 forwards, and no debutants.
The Black Stars will host Angola in Kumasi on September 5, 2024, before visiting Niger on September 9.
