Chicago Fire forward David Accam has hailed the signing of German legend Bastian Schweinsteiger.
Schweinsteiger, 32, joined the MLS side from English giants Manchester United.
The former Bayern Munich star opened his account with a goal for the side in their win over Montreal Impact.
“For me, Bastian is a class player, on and off the field," Accam told his club's official website.
"He showed it in the last two training [sessions] he has [had] with us.
“For me, he is a big boost for our team, we have another two good midfielders and adding Bastian to it is a good one of us.
“We are gelling well in training, he knows what he wants to do, good passing and for me, he is an amazing boost for us."
